This is one of my Slow Cooker FAVORITES! The cook time is only about 2 hours and 35 minutes, which is quite impressive for a Slow Cooker meal.

- Add Jasmine Rice | SO GOOD
- I used Uncle Ben’s Jasmine Ready Rice Pouch. Just pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds then add it to your plate and you are set!
- Add Green Beans | Super simple and gets some veggies on your plate
- I used Birds Eye Steamfresh Whole Green Beans. I threw them in the microwave for about 5 minutes, and then added the green beans to the crockpot with the chicken and cashews for the final 15-20 minutes of cook-time for flavor. *Not pictured below, as I snapped the photo before adding them to the plate.
